Shipping and Handling Policy

DigitalDesigns.AI (“we” and “us”) are the operators of (https://digitaldesigns.ai) (“Website”). The term “product” refers to any of our digital designs or physical products, including images, graphics, or custom-made designs. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General

All of our products are custom-made and unique, and we strive to provide accurate availability information on our website. However, occasionally, there may be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will either propose fulfilling the order with other available products or cancel your order. In either case, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to replace the sold-out product(s) with alternative one(s) or if you prefer to receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

We cover all basic shipping costs, unless the item is returned. If you order multiple items of the same product, additional small fees will be added. Please note that any import duties and/or other country-specific charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns

  • Returns and Refunds – We have a 7-day return policy for all our products, except for those which have already been produced and dispatched. Please note that we do not accept returns for any digital items sold on our website. You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it remains unused and undamaged. Delivery Times

Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments take 2-7 days to reach their destination.

Transit Time Internationally: Generally, international orders are in transit for 4-28 days. The exact duration varies depending on your location. We can provide a more specific estimate with tracking updates once you have placed your order.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. Our warehouses operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when they are closed. During such instances, we take necessary measures to minimize shipment delays.

Change of Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us at human@digitaldesigns.ai or click on the following link before your order has been dispatched.

PO Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

Military Address Shipping: We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services cannot be used for this service.

Items Out of Stock: If a product is sold out at the time of or prior to placing your order, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s) while dispatching the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at human@digitaldesigns.ai or click on the following link so that we can investigate the matter. Typically, the shipping time is 3-5 working days after production. However, it is possible that this timeframe may be exceeded, potentially taking up to or over 28 days.

Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link that allows them to track the progress of their shipment. This link provides the latest updates from the shipping provider regarding the status of the package.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you discover that a parcel is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service at human@digitaldesigns.ai or click on the following link as soon as possible. Kindly include a photograph of the damaged box/package along with a written description of the damage. This will allow us to investigate the issue. In the event that the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service for further instructions on the next steps to take.

Duties and Taxes

Sales Tax and/or VAT tax: Sales tax and/or VAT tax are not included in the price of the products and will be shown separately in your cart during the checkout process, if applicable to your delivery address.

Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in the price on the checkout page. In certain cases, typically if your order exceeds a certain amount (usually equivalent to USD$150), additional fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay upon the package’s arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further information.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit: We will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim of damage.

Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit – We will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier conducts an investigation and determines that the parcel is lost.
